ZeroInstall.PublishRetrievalMethodExtensions.CalculateDigest() currently only calculates sha256new digests. The method should be improved to also calculate other digest formats if they are requested via empty attributes on the <manifest-digest> tag (e.g. <manifest-digest sha1new=""/>. This would mirror the behavior of 0template.
