Make cadEVM easily configurable with providers and foundry/hardhat

Description

Ensure that instead of prompting the user to write the provider, user gets to choose supported provider.

Additional Information

Flow:

  1. User enters cadEVM init
  2. User gets to choose from the list of providers
  3. User chooses the forking tool
  4. User chooses the network to fork
  5. User gets an ape-config.yaml completely configured and ready to use

Possible additional features

  1. Easily export environment variables to be used for connecting.
