Describe the bug

In the settings menu, the indicator next to the Registration Key input is not displaying.
It appears that the styles responsible for this UI are located in dist/css/admin-settings.min.css, but only dist/css/admin.min.css is loaded on this page.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Visit the settings page
  2. Enter a valid or invalid registration key
  3. Observer no error indicator is displayed after the page reloads.
