Should WP Scaffold use GPLv2 instead of the MIT License? #181

Describe your question

The scaffold includes an MIT license, however, I am not certain this is the correct license.

10up Best Practices says that themes and plugins should be GPLv2.

Additionally, the WordPress Organization views any themes and plugins as derivatives of WordPress and would require the GPLv2 license.

Because the scaffold includes both a theme and a plugin, I feel the scaffold should be updated to GPLv2.
