User story

As a state agency, I want to be able to validate part of the 742 form before sponsors move on to the next section of the form so that we don't have to wait until all data is entered to validate.

Acceptance criteria

• Kansas is currently doing this, set up a call to understand how they are currently doing this.
• Explore options for implementation
