Add Puerto Rico to Get Job Alert form

The Get Job Alerts form only has the 50 states and DC. I was looking where to add Puerto Rico and the other territories (American Samoa, Guam, the Northern Mariana Islands, and the U.S. Virgin Islands), but I think it's not on the code here.
