Group conversion development

Firstly i think
1- filachat.user_model
2- filachat.agent_model
i think the user_model and agent_model with be from the same classification, may merged together in conversion_model with be good

secondly group conversion may be classified as group and will add group table and receivable_id will be group id

or if have any road map you can described for me, i will start develop group conversion
