Security Audit 2022 recommendation:

Before publication as Candidate Final Public release this specification needs to be reviewed by the 1EdTech Security Committee for alignment with the 1EdTech Security Framework 1.1 and that the actions from the original Review have been completed;
Before publication as Final Release this specification needs to be reviewed by the 1EdTech Security Committee for alignment with the 1EdTech Security Framework 1.1
