Creating a ticket from tabular view crashes the app #5201

Description

If you try to create a new ticket from the tabular view, the ticket is saved, but the app crashes

  • This is happening in: staging
  • This requires a hotfix to production: no

Steps to replicate

  • Go to tabular view
  • Create a new ticket

Current Behaviour

The app crashes

Expected Behaviour

The app should continue working
