Very questionable if mongo default roles should be present in Access manager (only usecase is to create the nodeserver role via gui, which is very handy. maybe only show it if admin database is selected?)
need to filter the role list for each project on the roles tab in user dialog
roles added shouldn't need a refresh before it appears on user tab.
