A Temporary securly remover (based off of Zek-c and schoolexploitkid's exploit)

Now this is an alright exploit. It doesn't "Permanently disable" ( for me atleast) but I think I know why, in the code it sends cookies to the securly server, but the cookies are invalid, and when you adjust the amount of cookies from 99 to 1000, it temporarily kills securly, (for as long as it loads.)
