Group visibility, make it hidden for groups in the legend #438

Description

Make it disabled when we click on a group.
It seems the option has no effect if we click on a legend group. It doesn't apply for all layer inside.

I need to check with @rldhont @mdouchin about the option "Group as layer".

Group visibility is only available for layer and group as layer.
