Internet Computer 'IC Footprint' Whitepaper link flagged

This is a legitimate link from the ICP Network. It is a new IC initiative called the IC Footprint for tracking the carbon footprint in real time by any government or enterprise that wishes to incorporate it.
It is in its proposal stage but is at least partially functional at this time, but of course needs to be finalized.
It is being flagged by Segasec as a threat and on a blacklist. It should be taken off the blacklist.
