Enhancing Register page

I really like the Your website! It's easy to navigate, but the sign-up page feels a bit outdated. I think I can design a more modern and visually appealing registration process that's still user-friendly. I'm interested in working on this for GSSOC'24. With a fresh design, we can make signing up for Your website a smoother and more inviting experience!

good work @ruthwikchikoti it's much better,
raise the pr 👍🏻 with suitable description, commit only changed files to avoid merge conflicts

1. just add privacy policy as well with the link as in register.html
2. I've recently added eye icons for show password better if you use it.
   have a look (https://cogniguard.onionreads.com/register/)

Make sure it's responsive on mobile display as well.
