Some Procedures have different units

In the older database version there exist procedures that have different UoMs. As one station should have be consistent regarding the unit, currently the first finding is included in a DescribeSensorRespose.

Tasks:

• check new DB version if the errors are still in -> discuss
• re-visit the workaround, currently additional units are dismissed if the same observerdProperty is already in the result set.
