Allow easy creation of dapp connections from the interface

Overview

Dapp connections are an essential part of user interactions (more than 10% of all Safe transactions result from native Safe app + WC connections). For all users who already use this feature, we would like to improve accessibility and for users who are not aware of this feature, we want to improve discoverability. With the revamp of WC app and the ability to check for existing Safe apps to be released next week (safe-global/safe-react-apps#167), we could now directly link to the WC app from the interface.

Requirements

• design button for linking the WC app
• implement new button and link to WC app (on hold until new WC app is released)
