Issue Category

Transaction execution issue

What happened?

  • User was getting failed error on the UI when the transaction actually succeeded.
  • Already tried basic TS, changing RPC, used different browsers; no adblockers and not using VPNs
  • User is using trust wallet browser extension

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Owner initiated a transaction
  2. Other owners confirmed the transaction, completing 3/4 threshold
  3. The last owner signs and executes the transaction then error the pops up

Previous 30 transactions all went well; error started from the last 10 transactions
