I am not sure if that is possible since the user needs to be logged for that purpose (Not a public content). But you could try this: Twitter Advanced Search
You don't need to be logged in it seems to use list filter. As long as list is public I think it'll work. I know I can use (from:username OR from:username OR etc) but I need to filter by possibly 100s of accounts. Would be much cleaner if I can just reference a list. I'm not sure if Twitter imposes a limit on (from:u OR from:u ...) syntax.

I'm not able to search with list:username/listname operator. Could it be an issue with the forward slash in the string?
What is the correct way to implement the list operator?
