Backward instances?

Trying to step by step simulate any program generates following warning:
Unable to create backward step instances.

I got the Solution for this problem.
Just delete all the supporting files created while running the simulator and restart the simulator.

in my casee,
it worked everywhere like 'if i save the simulator.jar' on download folder on desktop but not on program files folder.
