Dockerfile should be moved from /sample-app/app to /sample-app

While trying to get the simple-app sample app working, I noticed that based on how the Dockerfile was setup it would need to be placed in /simple-app instead of /simple-app/app where it is placed right now. If it could be moved for all of the places I think that'd be a good QoL change.

Thank you for the feedback. I agree with you; it will make the folder structure less redundant.
We will include it in the next release at the end of this week!
