Describe the feature

This seems like a fun exercise.

Create a dashboard page listing all public repositories for 8fold and joshbruce.
List issues by priority using the aggregate from the numbers in the labels - higher number, should equal higher priority.

Why is this feature necessary?

Integration with GitHub APIs.
Consolidate information for contributors.
Example of delivering a minimal page the dynamically updating via JS (progressive enhancement)
