Tidy the climate data formats page:

  • Make clear sections for NetCDF and Zarr (i.e. make it more visually apparent, not just plain text). As is, it is easier to find the links and info on "other formats".
  • Add links to netcdf and Zarr (as we do for "other formats")
  • GRIB is mentioned at the start and as “other format” - should it have its own paragraph and be removed from "other"?
  • Are geoTiff and CoG the same format? CoG is the cloud-optimized version of GeoTIFF?
