Scaling to environment state in env_stocktrading_np?

Hi,
According to the stock trading environment in env_stocktrading_np.py, there are a lot of scaling factors for the env state.

• reward_scaling: 2**-11
• tech_ary: 2**-7
• turbulence_ary: 2**-5
• initial stocks: random.randint(0, 64) # Why between 0 and 64?
• amount (cash balance): 2**-12
• price: 2**-6
• stocks (current holdings): 2**-6
  Could anyone help me out why we select these numbers as scaling factors?
