Is it possible to know the remnant liver volume with resection simulation bezier surface?

Hi, I am new user of Slicer-Liver
Thanks for helpful and wonderful Slicer extension.

I am curious whether it is possible to know the remnant liver volume with bezier surface resection simulation.
I found Slicer extension - dynamic modeler and it seems that it is possible to cut a 3d model with plane or curve.
Is it possible to cut liver a 3d model with bezier surface or just know the information of remnant liver volume in number?

@imsso-bmed we are glad to hear about other people using our extension.

Next week, we will meet for Project Week 39 to integrate the latest features of Slicer-Liver developed over the last few months (including volumetry, which progress can be followed here). Our idea is to make all of these available in a new version of Slicer-Liver through the Extension Manager.

I have opened a new issue to enable the export of virtual resections as models (which should be able to be used by the dynamic modeler). We will try to tackle this issue next week. Stay tuned.
