Can somebody please explain whey the following kernel flags are disabled:

  • AMD_MEM_ENCRYPT_ACTIVE_BY_DEFAULT
  • SYSTEM_TRUSTED_KEYS, SYSTEM_REVOCATION_KEYS and MODULE_SIG_KEY
  • IOMMU_DEFAULT_PASSTHROUGH
  • PREEMPT_COUNT, PREEMPTION, PREEMPT_DYNAMIC

Also, why is X86_CPUID set as a module, rather than enabled into the kernel?
