The error message does not match the error, in the tags, is contains all alphanumerics however and error is thrown. I could only resolve the error when I removed the spaces between them. Perhaps you could consider allowing for tags that are of more than 1 word?

Adding supplier only got Supplier tag , should not allow multiple words
