When I am importing the data getting this error

SQLSTATE[21S01]: Insert value list does not match column list: 1136 Column count doesn't match value count at row 1,

By spending approx 2 hour, not able to solve it. Now we have to import also term reference and also our container are fully html, so have to change csv also..

According to me we can use this approach just to fulfill our requirement, as we have lot of work

Our Requirement:
To create all constituency.

We have:
Fields: Key Issue, Container 2, Constituency Image, Contact Address all have same data for all constituency, so if we set default these value to fields, then manually add content

We have to add only
Title [Fully html], District [Drop down], Name of the Constituency [Drop down], Container 1 [Fully html].

Total 21 constituency has been created. Some css changes has to be deployed to server, then constituency page will be visible as desired.
