Removed donate button from the top header.

Removed the donate link from the MAIN green menu on top and the RIGHT side menu in blue, by disabling the menu items.

Donation widget had been disabled from the home page and the inner pages.

@ankurshrivastav Please verify that all the donation entries have been removed from the site and close this case.
