[Feature request] *New Grain/Noise Remover Model*

[AbdiCubed]

A model made for the sole purpose of removing grain and noise for 2D images and videos.

I've noticed that I spend a lot of time upscaling because my laptop is very bad and most of the time all I want to do is remove the noise from some of the anime clips I use.

I've also noticed that the amount of noise being removed is dependent on the number of times I upscale (the higher the upscale, the more noise removed and vice-versa) so I want to remove noise from a 1080p anime clip, I would have to upscale it to 2k or 4k which is very time consuming for me. So it would be nice to have a model or feature that focuses solely on removing noise, nothing else.
