In the call settings under Menu-->Settings-->Call the option for "Notify and get notified when a call is recorded" is chopped off on iPhone SE and iPhone 12 Mini. (Probably also 13 Mini, iPhone 8)

See attached screenshot from iPhone SE (2nd gen).
