Background and Context
Every time a script with AmpliGraph is launched, a file "application.log" is created in the folder where the main application resides.
This log file is extremely useful, since it also contains results form the grid search.
Description
It would be nice to rename the application.log name, maybe have the possibility to get the log named with the day it is created. Moreover in a "divide algorithms and data" perspective, in order to have a folder with scripts and a folder with log files, it should be possible to select where to redirect such a log file.
In a much more complex project that may use log.debug and log.info, it should be possible to easily redirect and personalize the AmpliGraph logs.
Plus an example of best practice usage should be provided.
