[FEATURE] support new build-function

this command should be triggered on the file level only!
it supports the -m way of specifying multiple types and keys

it should have (ideally a single) pop-up asking for
--buFrom
--marketFrom

--bulk (use marketlists and buildDefinitionBulk if set)
--buTo (not required if bulk is enabled)
--marketTo (marketList if bulk is enabled, market if not)

--dependencies (include dependencies in package or only build package for items explicitly selected)

@JoernBerkefeld buFrom should be automatically assumed as the parent business folder where the file is being clicked with the build command right ? So I don't think we need to ask about this field...
