Sort out whether __debug.ascx is stand-alone or whether its okay to have the App_Code/AccuKit or AccuTheme dependency
Add the enhanced code to show QueryString pairs and the deploy date/version, updates URL, etc (see CCFP/MGP footer)

AccuKit already has nice reflection way to show the version of a DLL in /bin, so lets add a way for the footer to spew, err...

report on a few of the key ones
We should report whether or not .Net Standard vX is wired in (or not)?
Change the overall order so it goes from (module), This Page, Theme, Site, Dnn, IIS, Server?
