sharing a vpn between WG and AGH – is there anonymity?

Installed locally AdguardHome on windows 10 and mostly use DNSCrypt servers, but the question is - If I use from the provider itself wireguard WARP and vpn works, but in online tests ( for example browserleaks.com/ip ).

I don't see a tail from parallel loading - does it make sense to use such a combination, is there no conflict and is anonymity itself respected in this case?
