Blocklist redirect IP exploit protection (/etc/hosts format)

Some blocklist formats (/etc/hosts format?) include the redirect (assuming that's what it's called) IP address, like 0.0.0.0 schwab.com. I'd like to be able to ignore that IP address for all blocklists via a configurable setting to protect against blocklists getting exploited.

I tested this locally:

1. Hosted a text file on a webserver with this line of text: 69.69.69.69 schwab.com
2. Added that URL to my list of blocklists.
3. Confirmed that it imported the 1 site.
4. Tested a local lookup:

   % dig +short schwab.com @192.168.0.1
   69.69.69.69
   

I know that TLS and cert pinning and all that can help here, but I'd still prefer not to let MrAwEsOmE_GuY_420's blocklist exploit me a some point. I know the onus is on me to vet these lists, but that's not really practical at scale.

I wasn't sure how to properly search for this in the discussions or issues, and the searches I did perform didn't turn up anything, but I figured I'd post here before filing a feature request. Thanks!

I missed the settings about Blocking Mode... this is working as intended.

Blocking mode
- Default: Respond with zero IP address (0.0.0.0 for A; :: for AAAA) when blocked by Adblock-style rule; respond with the IP address  specified in the rule when blocked by /etc/hosts-style rule
- REFUSED: Respond with REFUSED code
- NXDOMAIN: Respond with NXDOMAIN code
- Null IP: Respond with zero IP address (0.0.0.0 for A; :: for AAAA)
- Custom IP: Respond with a manually set IP address
