AdGuard can't connect to private reverse DNS servers that is my router

• I have set up AdGuard Home correctly and configured clients to use it. (Use the Discussions for help with installing and configuring clients.)

I am trying to set up "Private reverse DNS servers" as my router option, but Test upstreams button gets me an error:
