System Notification enabled causing granite/coralui3 css to be loaded twice and mess markup

Required Information

• AEM Version, including Service Packs, Cumulative Fix Packs, etc: 6.5.19/ Cloud version
• ACS AEM Commons Version: versions tried 6.4.0 - 6.7.0

Expected Behavior

When there is enabled System Notification, even if dismissed by the user -> /etc.clientlibs/clientlibs/granite/coralui3.min.----.css loaded twice and causing html markup mess

Actual Behavior

granite/coralui3 should be loaded only once when there is live system notififcation

Steps to Reproduce

Create system notification and enable it

I can confirm this is happening to me as well. I'm on ACS 6.7 and AEM Cloud 2024.10.
