Error Page Handler not working through Dispatcher

Required Information

• AEM Version, including Service Packs, Cumulative Fix Packs, etc: AEM as a Cloud Service, 2024.11.18598.20241113T125352Z
• ACS AEM Commons Version: 6.6.2
• Reproducible on Latest?

Expected Behavior

Pages on publish through dispatcher should redirect to 404 pages.

Actual Behavior

When a nonexistent page is opened on the site, the page remains blank. Nothing is displayed. Sometimes it displays the error page correctly. It's inconsistent behavior.

Steps to Reproduce

This is only reproducible through dispatcher. The error page handler works as expected in both Author and Publish instance.

I followed the described in the documentation. But the only dispatcher configuration mentioned is to set DispatcherPassError 0. But this is already the case in the project.

What else should I change in the dispatcher configuration for this to work?
