What's wrong with the content?

Few updates are required for consistency across platforms:

Indicate Identity, Signal, Lifecycle are bundled with Mobile Core in RN/Flutter
Indicate rules are supported in RN/Flutter
High-level list of supported extensions for Roku, similar to other platforms

What changes do you propose?
