Missing content needed for setup of Smart Tags and Similarity Search

Issue in ./help/assets/config-smart-tagging.md

These three pages should all reference one another so that customers can easily set up Smart Tags and Similarity Search. (Similarity Search is an automatically included feature when Smart Tags are set up.):

[1] describes the changes for Adobe I/O but does not mention that indexes need to be changed and [2] mentions the index changes but not Adobe I/O. And [3] does not mention [1] or [2] at all.

The request is to have all of these pages reference each other or make a whole new page with all of the required steps to enable Smart Tags in AEM 6.5. Cloud Service is already setup for this OOTB.
