Administrative contact required

This module works very well for existing domains, but when I need to add a new domain I always get the following error:
An Error Occurred
COZA/RegisterDomain: Administrative contact required. (2306)

The admin contact details under General Settings are populated.
I am using WHMCS Version: 6.2.2 and I did not make any template changes (Could this be the issue, but I could not see admin contacts in the template changes?)
