Add deadline

First of all, thanks for putting this project together. It's been really useful for me. I even set up a rough newsletter to myself with it.

It would be great to have the deadline info. Some positions are up-to-dated but no longer accepting applications.

I am so delighted of reviewing the extracted newsletter. It would be nice to have your PR in adding it to the main branch. Also, I appreciate your contribution and you are more than welcome for further PRs.

According to my personal experience, written deadlines for positions on the websites are not accurate, if not misinformations. In addition, as far as the first pages consist of the newest positions, they are more likely to be yet-to-be-expired. However, you are completely right! I am going to think about it and let contributors know in this issue section. In the meantime, please let us know your potential solutions in case you come to one.
