The configuration of the config file is restored when the server is restarted

I'm having this issue as well on 1.20.1

How are you restarting your server?

either by doing /stop or /start, or hitting the "restart" button within my pebblehost server's admin panel

every time I restart, I have to copypaste my config and messages.yml templates and reload the plugin
