[FEATURE REQUEST] Add Folders

It's hard to keep track of things. Too many documents.

Describe the solution you'd like
Folders and subfolders would be great

Describe alternatives you've considered
Tags could be also fine

Additional context
It would be even better if you could set up a separate synchronization for each folder.

@Solar-Simon Yes i planned on adding such a thing from the start.
Tags are already implemented in the db so should be "easy" to set up.
As for separate sync folder that s another thing but doable ;)
