Tau distance is rarely used and most of the class methods are not implemented for it. I am removing it from the list of recognized methods since it's basically confusing.
Will need to actually fix this. But so far so good.
Very basic at this point, but it's a start.
Just testing in python 3.10 by now

This PR tries to update the repo to more current practices:
Drops the usage of Pipenv for python environment management and moves to poetry (closes Migrate from Pipenv to Poetry #6)
Drops the usage of tox and travis to automate the whole CI/CD to Github Actions (closes Move from TravisCI to Github Actions #5)
Adds support for py3.9, py3.10 and py3.11 (closes feat: support up to python 3.11 #7)
Adds basic testing functionality with pytest and automates the testing with GHA at every push (Adresses Write tests #1)
Adresses, in a very hacky way, the problem arising from Feature: make the analysis agnostic to the indexing of the time series #4. This can't be considered solved since more careful changes should be made to understand the downstream effects of removing Date indexes in the
SDCAnalysisclass for the time-series.
