Description of the folders:
- Basic_code -> contains the codes structured with functions. These are, currently, the codes we are working with
- OOP_structured_code -> contains modules which implement an OOP trial. Currently, we abandoned this structure
- trash_folder -> contains some codes written, not used in the main codes but which can be still useful in the future
