History View showing up at unintended times

The history view appears randomly and can happen without even typing.

No detected pattern of occurrence

Looks like an iPad related issue. I don’t have an iPad, so I’ll have to see what I can do about it.

Update: I do have an iPad now, but not yet jailbroken

Same bug for my iPhone 8 @ 14.3 unc0ver

Same bug for iOS 15.7.3 palera1n, but only when using the Dictation Key activation method. This doesn't occur with the Prediction Bar activation method.
