T5 Series: Unable to Set Scenes (Ambient Lighting), "Action" Detection Fails #1510

Currently, I am facing two main issues:

  1. Regarding the ambient lighting, it only appears when creating a scene.
When you want to create a scene and need to turn on the ambient lighting, it will fail.
The ambient lighting will remain off after the scene is activated.
When you go back to the scene settings to check, you will see the ambient lighting shows "off".

  2. The T5 sensor "Action" issue, everything was working fine two days ago.
Currently, all models in the T5 series are unable to detect "Action" values (left swipe or right swipe).
You have to reload the integration, and it will only detect the action for a short time, but it will fail again after a few minutes.
It has been confirmed that this issue is not isolated (my T5 has the same problem with type 120 and 86, and other users have also encountered the same problem).

If there is any method to solve them, please let me know how to deal with it.

I sincerely thank you for your unreserved sharing.

Having the same issue with my motion sensor (SNZB-03P) and R5 SwitchMan Scene controller. Sharing every log I have as written in the README.md. Hope that below helps, but I couldn't find anything related to an error message.

system-health-page.txt

As per the logs, first I've cleared out the logs, enabled debugging, then waited until my R5 scene controller becomes unresponsive. Unfortunately no new logs showed up.

debugging-logs.txt, masked potentially private information.

Here is my diagnostics as well: diagnostics-all-devices.json

Thanks for all the help @AlexxIT, will follow-up here!

Edit: This issue could be related to only for sensor entities, since the R5 scene controllers are added to the MINIR4 and it is working fine. R5 scene controller and SNZB-03P are seen as sensor in home assistant.

Looks like this issue similar to #1510
