Do not create sample data

I'm trying to deploy acs without the demo site and users (exept admin). But I can't find which option should I add in JAVA_OPTS.
Is there a way to disable it ?

And are you planning to fix the issue concerning Users not displayed in Share https://hub.alfresco.com/t5/french-group/liste-des-utilisateurs-impossible-%C3%A0-afficher/td-p/302736 ?
