Is it possible to save the pictures as raw or tif file?

@MJAIRUB No. The only options are .jpg and .png. .png takes about 10 seconds to save since it doesn't have hardware support like .jpg does.
You can probably do it after the file is saved using the convert command - do a man convert to see its gazillion options.

I'm curious why you want raw or tif files?

@MJAIRUB You can get .png files which are uncompressed by changing the Filename setting in the WebUI (it's an advanced setting) to image.png. Note that since there's no hardware support for .png files, it can take up to 10 seconds to save the file on a Pi 4 (probably longer on earlier Pi's), so make sure your Delay between pictures is set accordingly. If you set Debug Level to 4, you can look in /var/log/allsky.log to see the actual time to save each image, as well as a running average. That will help you determine the minimum Delay you can use.

If you have a ZWO camera you can try using the RAW16 Image Type to get a 16-bit image with higher dynamic range, if your camera supports it. The log file will tell you if your camera supports 16 bit images.

ZWO cameras don't support RAW or Tiff, and RPiHQ supports its own RAW format, but it's unbayered so would need post-processing to be useful. However, Allsky doesn't support RAW images, and likely never will.
